Another superb match from the fearless
Chetwynd Felines as they play
there 3rd match of the season. After an amazing game last week,
the girls were back and as strong as ever.
The first half
was tough going, with some great football from both sides, but a
lucky shot from Megan put us in the lead. The girls then buckled
down to keep their place and scored another 4 amazing goals
including a fantastic shot off Morgan from a good pass from
Megan.
Anna our goalie made some great saves and with the combination
of Olivia and Gina working really well at the back showing good
defensive skills and putting some great balls forward for the
others to run onto made certain there was no coming back for the
opposition. The other girls played really well and should feel
really proud of themselves. Captain Leia, who came back this
week after an unfortunate illness did some great tackles whilst
smiling the whole way through. Taylor and Eleanor also played
amazing with lots of pressure being put on the opposition. All
the girls should keep up the good work and the good football.
